Health Coverage
Flyers can choose from 3 medical plans: HMO, HSA, and PPO. Radio Flyer also offers competitive dental and vision plans as well as convenient flexible spending account options for medical and/or dependent care expenses.

Other Insurance
Basic Life Insurance and AD&D policies are provided to Flyers at no cost with options for additional coverage also available. Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance benefits are offered to Flyers who cannot work due to a non-work-related accident or illness.

- 50% company match of up to 6% of employee 401(k) contributions
